1. Booking & Reservations
- Guests must be 18 years or older to make a reservation.
- Full payment is required to confirm a booking unless otherwise specified.
- All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Siesta Key Trip.
2. Check-In & Check-Out
- Check-in time: 3:00 PM
- Check-out time: 10:00 AM
- Late check-out may be available upon request and may incur additional fees.
3. Cancellation & Refunds
- Guests are advised to review the Refund Policy before booking.
- Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email.
- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed based on the cancellation terms stated during booking.
4. Guest Responsibilities
- Guests must treat the property with respect and care.
- No smoking, parties, or unregistered guests are allowed without prior approval.
- Any damage or loss caused by the guest may result in additional charges.
5. Limitation of Liability
Siesta Key Trip is not responsible for:
- Accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur during the stay.
- Loss of personal belongings or valuables.
- Interruptions in utilities or services due to reasons beyond our control.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America, and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the United States.
