Refund Policy

1. Cancellation by Guest

  • Full Refund: Cancellations made 14 days or more before the check-in date will receive a full refund.

  • Partial Refund: Cancellations made 7–13 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund.

  • No Refund: Cancellations made less than 7 days before check-in are non-refundable.

2. Early Departure

Guests who choose to leave early after check-in will not be eligible for a refund for unused nights.

3. No-Show Policy

If a guest does not arrive and no cancellation is made in advance, the booking is considered a no-show and is non-refundable.

4. Extenuating Circumstances

In rare cases of emergencies (e.g., natural disasters, serious illness), please contact us. We may offer a full or partial refund at our discretion.

5. Cancellation by Host

If we must cancel your reservation due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund. We will also assist in finding alternative accommodations if possible.

6. How Refunds Are Processed

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your financial institution.
